Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
Cancellations made 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund.
Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance, subject to availability.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 50% of the total rental value is required at booking.
Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of equipment return, provided all items are in good condition.
Deposits can be paid via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash.
Late Return Fees
Equipment must be returned by the agreed time.
Late returns incur a charge of 25% of the daily rate per additional hour.
Returns more than 6 hours late will be charged a full additional day.
ID & Age Requirements
A valid government-issued ID (Ghana Card, Passport, Driver's License) is required for all rentals.
Renters must be 18 years or older.
Corporate bookings require a signed agreement from an authorised representative.
Liability & Damage
The renter is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery to pickup.
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.
Damage beyond normal use will be assessed, and repair/replacement costs deducted from the security deposit.
Loss or theft of equipment is the full responsibility of the renter.
We recommend renters obtain event insurance for large events.
